- ToolOrder: CW made changes/additions to toolorder.xml; blogger and podcasts added. - Asked David for approval (seen on sakai22-nightly)
- Dept_admin in 2.3: dept_admin role gets an error message when trying to view the Roster tool - Asked MA to look at this.
- Nursing school, Fall 2007: The School of Nursing will be coming on board with Classes*v2 in Fall 2007. They will be using T&Q, but have been informed about not using for mission critical grades/testing. They will also want a custom icon, like SOM and EPH.
- Jive status: Michael is still working with new version of Jive. Plan is to release new version AFTER summer session. Guest users will be allowed and hopefully, all project AND course sites will be autopopulated
- Summer courses: Summer 07 courses will be loaded after the meeting.
- Drop box customization: Feature still needed to be able to search on 'Show all files added after X date' in 2.3. MA to have Peter/Parthee implement this in 2.3
- Webdav verbiage changes: Peter/Parthee have updated the webdav page verbiage, but will still need to remove the section that indicates that you must have a file in Resources before you can webdav to it. This is not applicable. CW to provide P/P with a URL so that we can link to a separate page where we will keep information/updates about compatibility with Microsoft Vista.
- For the Tech Meeting: Gloria would like to let Joe/Jen know that 2.3 is exhibiting the same case-sensitivity problem with the email archive if your email client 'From' address does not match the email address in the People file for an individual.

- Status of 2.3 testing/updates: CW to check Jira (reverse sort order) for Peter/Parthee tickets that will itemize the fixes they are working on, listed by tool.
- 2.3 Help: Michael will give Cheryl the SVN url to download the 2.3 code. Cheryl and Gloria can sit together and edit files. A wiki will be started on confluence to record the files changed, changes made, by whom and date changed.
- Mailtool behavior in a duplicated course: Gloria duplicated a course site for SOM and although the site participants were different on each site, the mailtool on the new site showed the participants from the first course. CW fixed by updating the settings for the mailtool config manually (put in the new site_id). CW to verify that this will not be a problem in 2.3. (Update: Verified, bno problem in 2.3)
- Vista/Webdav broken: Windows XP had two flavors of webdav written into it. Vista dropped one of those implementations and now webdav with Sakai will not work with Vista. Charles Hedrick, from Rutgers, had done some investigation into this, but was not able to resolve. CW will contact Ken Hoover about this problem to see if we can leverage a solution with Microsoft. (Update: solicited a technical description of the problem from Charles Hedrick and sent to Ken Hoover who will pass on to our Microsoft Tech Engineer Rep)
- Section info: Result of meeting with registrar and Judith Hackman/Howard Al Yasim, sectioning will be kept with registrar for the time being. We will not be using the Section Info tool in Sakai to set up sections.

Sakai22-nightly status:
- Michael verified that the sakai.properties has the correct settings.
- Extraneous tools will be removed from the build (OSP, Presentations, etc.)
- Michael will do another build that contains all of the work that Peter and Parthee have completed so far (and will get a list of the items that have been fixed to us)
The summer Banner load works fine on dev, but there is a problem on 'test'. Michael will continue to investigate later this week.
Cheryl is going to investigate using a 'diff' program to investigate the Help to see what files we had modified. Michael will help with obtaining the vendor code for 2.1.2 as well as our customized branch.
