Reviewed outstanding Jira list for items to be completed by rollout on May 30. CW and GH to meet with Peter and Parthee again later this week to review other Jira list of previous fixes/changes.
CW and GH almost done reviewing help. Dreamweaver changes to be made this week, including addition of code for 'Print' and 'Feedback' functions.

- Unpublished sites, need eye-catching graphic, clickable?: Will have James design a small graphic that will not affect width of left nav, but can push down the left nav menu items that will indicate that the site is Unpublished. When clicked, it should pop open a new window with basic instructions on how to publish a site and why a site needs to be published.
- Elsinore: Potential issue with housing Help and PDF files on Elsinore. Since Classes*v2 is a secure login, it will cause problems to have files housed on Elsinore that does not allow https:// URLs. Michael believes we should post our Help and PDF content on our Classes*v2 web server(s) (Ruth/Stengel - prod/failover). He is looking into this for us.
- Webspace: Not currently installed on nightly. Jen is busy this week with Portal work. Needs to be installed/tested/updated on nightly before we roll out on May 30! Michael will talk to Jen about this.
- Tool descriptions: New tool descriptions and stealth requests given to Michael for Peter and Parthee to put in place.
- Webdav instructions: New webdav instructions, with new link for Vista information (http://www.yale.edu/cmi2/classesv2/webdav/) given to Peter/Parthee for update.
