It is suggested that the system monitor recon failures. The system already monitors scheduled tasks, so this would be that specific records do not recon (never gets an Event Linked event). It could also track records that show up in the recon multiple times (early testing showed that some records with special data was automatically "translated" by OIM, causing our SQL MINUS conditions to always pick up the record.
