The uPortal integration code seems like it should live in the uPortal 
source base, and that the JA-SIG CAS client code should replace the 
existing Yale-derived CAS contexts.  That way we could just JAR up the 
client code, make it a dependency of the uPortal build -- make it more 
of an "out-of-the-box" integration. Unless there's a significant 
advantage to packaging them with the CAS client code?
