[cas-dev] Grant Commit Access for Marc-Antoine Garrigue

CAS Developers,

I'd like to nominate Marc-Antoine Garrigue to be granted commit access 
to the CAS Server project to gain ownership (and do the initial commit) 
for the SPNEGO module.  Marc-Antoine's company had taken the initial 
sandbox SPNEGO support and made significant improvements.  They'd like 
to contribute those improvements back.

Consider this email my +1.  I propose this vote be considered lazy 
consensus.  Lack of -1's will mean we're all in agreement :-)
