[cas-dev] CAS Web Site/Wiki - Server Distributions

+1 for removing the download attachments, effectively moving these
attachments from dynamic space to static space, updating the affected pages
with appropriate download links.

Exactly what pages are you looking to remove?  Examples?  I suspect the
pages are doing work in consolidating release notes, a place for comments,
and otherwise representing particular releases on the web.  We should
probably keep around a wiki page per release.
