[cas-dev] implementing single sign out

Hello,

I read some posts on suggested single sign out implementation.

Here are some questions.
1. Can you send logout URL along w/ other ticket validation
information WITHOUT changing client code (i.e. CASFilter)?
2. Once CAS Server does call logout callback, how do you invalidate
the right user session in the service side?  Are you maintaining some
kind of "logged-out" table on each service that the service looks at
on each user request?
