[cas-dev] Terracotta

[Scott Battaglia]

So far its been an extreme struggle to get it configured correctly.  I am
having trouble with their autolocking.  Sometimes it says something is in a
transaction, sometimes its not. Sometimes its the wrong type of transaction.
