[cas-dev] CVS maven surefire fail

[Velpi]

When running mvn package on a CVS checkout, this error occurs:

org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireExecutionException: 
org/springframework/webflow/ExternalContext; nested exception is 
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/springframework/webflow/ExternalContext

It should be
org/springframework/webflow/context/ExternalContext

Not sure where to start looking why this is happening but I'm sure one 
of the people here does...
