[cas-dev] LdapTemplate setters

Hi

suppose I would like to set a property (eg setIgnorePartialResultException) for 
the LdapTemplate for one of the CAS LDAP authenticationHandlers. How should I do 
that with the current code base? I think you just can't do that in the config 
right now.

While using the ESUP genericHandler in combination with Microsoft AD (LDAP 
interface), we learned that this option is required in most deployments of that 
kind. [this problem has something to do with AD sending out referrals with wrong 
DNS names because it was set up that way]
