[cas-dev] casclient extension

Velpi,

Would you also mind adding feature requests to the CAS Client in the 
JA-SIG JIRA explaining the extensions and possibly attaching code so we 
could evaluate whether these would be good candidates for inclusion in 
the new CAS Client?
