Luca,
We have moved the JIRA issues for the CAS 2.x release to the appropriate
Yale JIRA instance. Yale is in charge of the 2.x branch.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure of their plans for future releases.
The CAS community (cas-users) currently consists of both CAS 2.x and CAS
3.x deployers, so the community hasn't gone anywhere :-)
