[cas-dev] Documentation, Web Site, etc.

I'm trying to hold off on a 3.0.5 (or whatever the next version ends up
being based on how much changes) release until after Spring 2.0 and
Spring Webflow are released in order to finally offer that "stable" API
:-). In the meantime, I think it may be a good idea if we attempt to
inventory our documentation and web site presence and maybe spend some
time on that.

I know, for example, we should offer documentation on Clustering (how to
do it, when to do it, security implications, etc.), updated Deployer
section on the web site (based on Andrew's work for the DTD),
documentation about the "IP Throttling" HandlerInterceptorAdaptor, etc.

Maybe we can use this thread to identify the documentation that needs to
be written/expanded and try and try and allocate our sparse resources
:-) (possibly relying on both Developers and Community members with some
spare cycles or basing it on documentation they've written in house).

Thoughts?
