Why don't we centralize issue tracking of the Yale server and client 
code base in a JA-SIG JIRA project (if Yale is amenable), with Yale 
University as the project lead, and some notes about licensing?  One 
stop shopping would probably help eliminate a lot of potential confusion 
for new community members.

We could also create JIRA projects to track issues and releases for any 
other client code bases people are working on, to provide a centralized 
place for implementors to report bugs and request features.
