[cas-dev] 404 After CAS login with Internet Explorer

Some clarificatios to the problem below:
- The same problems exists with IE 7.0 beta 2 also
- 404 page occurs immidiately before CAS Login page (when forwarding
from the CAS Filter to the CAS login page)
