[cas-dev] casclient extension

Hi,

we have developed some small extensions to the original Yale Java casclient. The 
extensions are actually two new filters that allow you to force nonSSO 
(optionally based on a request parameter). The original code is left untouched 
but is being re-used of course. When developing I tried to use the same style as 
the other code in the package.
These filters are very useful in combination with Shibboleth, which is a popular 
use case these days.

Is the original casclient project interested in adopting this code? If so I'd 
very happy to donate it (it should be production quality code).
