[cas-dev] mod_cas for Apache

Does anyone have a win32 binary built for Apache 2.2 for mod_cas? The
only thing I found was here:

The project appears to be outdated (still only uses the 1.x protocol). I
found the source  for 2.x here:

But I'm not having any luck getting my environment setup to where I can
compile it under windows.
