The Single-Sign-Out issue just came up for me as well; and I'd been 
planning on rolling
my own one-off solution until 3.1 comes out... then I saw this post.  If 
you have a working
solution that you'd be willing to share, I'd definitely be interested in 
seeing it.

And on a related note: does anybody have any idea what the time-frame 
for seeing
CAS 3.1 with Single-Sign-Out is?
