[cas-dev] CAS Server 3.1 M2 Release

Hi Scott and others,

First, many thanks for all the great work you and all the others do  
on CAS. It really is a great piece of software to work with!

Second, we will be deploying CAS (looks like 3.0.7 at this point) at  
the beginning of June, and I am wondering if we should use the  
registered services that the folks at VT have developed, or just wait  
until 3.1 and use the registered services that will be included with  
that release?
