[cas-dev] CAS Server 3.1 M2 Release

If you have an immediate need to go into production in June with the
Services Management, I would say use the VT extension. If you do not have a
hard deadline of June for the Services Management, I would then suggest
waiting for the CAS 3.1 release which will include built-in support for
SAML/Attributes, Services Management and Single Log Out.
Unfortunately the VT extension and the CAS 3.1 release do not share the same
database structure so there isn't an easy upgrade path.
