[cas-dev] Pending CAS Server 3.1 release

All,

We have one remaining issue in the queue for the CAS 3.1 Server release.
We're just waiting for some feedback on that last issue and then we'll do a
3.1 release so we can get it out to everyone to try out (and we'll probably
see a 3.1.1 follow soon as more people pound it).  This should happen by
early next week (possibly over the weekend)

If you've been using CAS Server 3.1 at all, please take a minute to look at
the User Manual and update anything you think can be improved:
