[cas-dev] CAS Server

[Lisa Tan]

What is the best approach to deploy CAS server? Run CAS on the top of Apache 
Tomcat, or Run CAS on the top of Apache and Apache Tomcat. or Bundle CAS 
and Shibbolish on the top of Apache Tomcat?
