[cas-dev] CAS Server

We recommend that you deploy CAS with the combination of Apache+Tomcat. You
can configure Apache to handle any static content, etc.
If you need to deploy Shibboleth also, I would assume it can also be
deployed in the same Apache+Tomcat set up as CAS.
