We recommend that you deploy CAS with the combination of Apache+Tomcat. You
can configure Apache to handle any static content, etc.

If you need to deploy Shibboleth also, I would assume it can also be
deployed in the same Apache+Tomcat set up as CAS.

What is the best approach to deploy CAS server? Run CAS on the top of Apache
Tomcat, or Run CAS on the top of Apache and Apache Tomcat. or Bundle CAS
and Shibbolish on the top of Apache Tomcat?

Thanks,

Lisa
