[cas-dev] CAS not Redirecting User After Sucussfull Login

Thanks for the quick reply Scott. I really appreciate it.
  Now here is the modified code and the results. After modification, the login URL before I submit is
   
  https://alx-dev-wrk04.wwre.org:8444/cas-server-webapp-3.1.1/login?service=mstrWeb%3Fevt%3D3010%26src%3DmstrWeb.3010%26Project%3DNew%2BProject%26loginReq%3Dtrue%26Port%3D0%26Server%3DALX-DEV-WRK04%26mstrWeb%3D-..0_%26welcome%3D*-1.*-1.0.0.0&Server=ALX-DEV-WRK04&Port=0&Project=New+Project
   
  And after submitting the CAS login page with valid Credentials, Login is sucussfull and the page is not going back and staying same as before and the URL now is,
   
  https://alx-dev-wrk04.wwre.org:8444/cas-server-webapp-3.1.1/login?evt=3010&src=mstrWeb.3010&Project=New+Project&loginReq=true&Port=0&Server=ALX-DEV-WRK04&mstrWeb=-..0_&welcome=*-1.*-1.0.0.0&ticket=ST-1-aQcnPLLbKb6WJH1ZFaQg
