[cas-dev] CAS not Redirecting User After Sucussfull Login

Seems No Luck with the change from token to ticket. It still wont forward.
   
  The before URL on CAS login,

  After login, still wont forward and the URL is,
  https://alx-dev-wrk04.wwre.org:8444/cas-server-webapp-3.1.1/login?evt=3010&src=mstrWeb.3010&Project=New+Project&loginReq=true&Port=0&Server=ALX-DEV-WRK04&mstrWeb=-..0_&welcome=*-1.*-1.0.0.0&ticket=ST-1-XnK42w3jOa7Ia5L3A5aa
   
  The tomcat log is,

  One step forward is, earlier, it used to generate 2 tickets for request and now it is only one. So that is one step forward. But Still no redirects.
