[cas-dev] CAS 3.1.2 status report...

For those who have been watching the progress of CAS 3.1.2 (and the possible
lack of email updates...), here's what's been going on:

-Minor fixes in JIRA continue to be fixed
-Working on providing alternative implementation of ServicesRegistryDao
-Working on providing auditing/logging/statistics infrastructure to CAS

For the last item, I'm working with some co-workers on an open source
project that CAS will use to handle this (we realized that they and I were
working on similar stuff so we've merged efforts) which will delay CAS
having these features as we work it out. We'll be posting a link to the
project shortly once it is slightly further along.
