[cas-dev] CAS 3.0.7 RC1 Released

Dear CAS Community,

We are pleased to announce a new release candidate for the maintenance
release of the CAS 3.0.x branch.

CAS 3.0.7 Release Candidate 1 includes the following enhancements and bug
fixes:

* Upgrade to Spring Web Flow 1.0.1
* Upgrade to Spring 2.0.2
* Backslash escaped in LdapUtils.java
* Include missing ldapbp.jar
* HttpBasedServiceCredentialsAuthenticationHandler now requires an instance
of HttpClient to be injected.

are planning to do a final release at the end of the week.
