[cas-dev] CAS Client move to Subversion

All,

The CAS Java Client has moved to the JA-SIG Subversion system.  We will be
retiring the CVS module shortly.  Also, work on the new JA-SIG CAS Client
for .NET will be placed in Subversion.  More details on that later.
