[cas-dev] Recent Web Site Updates

CAS Developers,

I've recently updated the CAS web site to include the upcoming JA-SIG
conference, as well as replacing the "Deployers" section on the front page
with a section called "Recent Deployments" to highlight new CAS deployers
(you can see a couple of them).

We're hoping to have more details on the conference in the next few weeks,
including what CAS-specific content will be there as well as what content
will be relevant/interesting for CAS deployers and developers.
