The CAS project is always interested in additions that can enhance the
functionality of the current CAS server (and clients).  However, we
generally like to see an idea (especially large ones) like this fleshed out
in a Wiki (or on the list) to determine exactly what we are looking for,
before we start coding or even discussing implementation details.  By
knowing exactly what we want (and potential future enhancements) we can make
developing, maintaining and extending the codebase a lot easier :-)
