[cas-dev] Feature Request: Mark RegisteredService Serializable

Marvin,

We're looking at creating a more robust "Services" implementation for the
CAS 3.1 release.  Our first step is to document the use cases and
requirements.  If you could document your requirements in our Wiki @
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CAS/Wishlist that would be a great first
step (even attaching code if you'd like).  Then we can hopefully get others
to put in their requirements.

Once we have the requirements we can evaluate VT's solution and see if it
meets the needs or any parts can be adopted to a version that meets the
requirements.  How does that sound?
