Our use of registered services is perhaps a unique one, so documenting
what we're doing would probably be very useful in explaining why we need
a more robust RegisteredService implementation and complementary
management tool.  I am working on documentation for our own public Wiki,
and will likely link to some of that as I finish up in the next couple
of days.  I hope to write up our use case on the CAS Wiki within a week.
