[cas-dev] CAS 3.1 Roadmap...

CAS Developers,

I've started a public draft of the CAS 3.1 Roadmap!  You can find it here:

It offers a very high level view of where we think CAS should be going.
Please provide your feedback, suggestions, feature requests, etc. either on
list or directly via comment on the page.  I've already added a couple notes
as comments.

Of special note to the CAS development team.  Please try and think about
adding stuff that you may be interested in working on.
