[cas-dev] Trunk: SafeDispatcherServletTests failing sporadically

It looks like a classpath error for some reason.  Do you have Spring on your
CLASSPATH at all?  Or multiple instances of Spring?

I haven't seen this locally but I'll keep an eye out for it as I continue
development.
