[cas-dev] CAS 3.0.7 vs 3.1

Hi..

I downloaded CAS 3.0.7 some time ago and configured it to use our
local credential SQL database. After 3.1 release I decided to take a
look at it. I found though that the folders structure changed a lot
comparing to 3.0.7. I didn't find any tutorial on how to compile and
deploy it using it's new folder structure or did I miss it somewhere?

When I tried to compile core it printed the message that some tests
failed. I'm wondering if it is better to stick to 3.0.7 as it is more
stable and seems to me easier to use than to 3.1 which doesn't even
have the same structure and I'm not able to find any migration
documentation.

Can you point me please to some tutorial about using and compiling 3.1
or do you think it is better to use 3.0.7 for a while as it will take
some time before 3.1 will become stable?
