[cas-dev] CAS 3.1 Release Candidate 3 Released

Dear CAS Community,

We're pleased to announce the latest release candidate for the CAS Server (
3.1 Release Candidate 3).

This release contains a number of bug fixes and enhancements:

* Fixed Google Apps for Education Support
* Switch from custom AttributeRepository to JA-SIG PersonDirectory
* Secured Services Management app with Acegi
* Consolidated configuration items into cas.properties
* Added support for CA cert's without pathlength limit
* Added ReloadableServicesManager

We're quickly marching towards a final release, with a small number of open
