CAS Community,

I've contacted some people who have previously helped us internationalize
our messages.properties.  Unfortunately I have lost the contact information
for the Spanish and Chinese translations.

If anyone can help us do the additional translations for those (and if you'd
like to add any new language translations), please let me know.

We've added some simple stuff for Services Management to the properties
files (under "SERVICES MANAGEMENT")
