[cas-dev] CAS-488 CredentialsToPrincipalResolver

I've added functionality to CredentialsToLDAPAttributePrincipalResolver
that allows the caller to set the AttributeRegistry, whose attributes
are retrieved from LDAP and loaded into the returned SimplePrincipal.
I'm testing now and I hope to have it done by COB tomorrow.  I would
like to include unit tests, but I understand that as of the
not-too-distant past, there were no unit tests for code that ran against
LDAP.  Has that changed?  I'm open to suggestions.
