Marvin,
The only reason they had no test cases was because we hadn't come up with a
good way of testing them (i.e. embeddable LDAP server). Previously, we only
had authentication handlers that had LDAP code (and we obviously can't put
username/passwords that succeed in the test cases).
If you know how to do an embeddable LDAP server we can do that. Otherwise
if we can do something anonymously then that will work too.
