[cas-dev] 3.1 RC1 build: cas-server-support-windows vs.cas-server-support-spnego

I may be simply missing something here, but I'm having a problem.  The
3.1 RC1 root POM references "cas-server-support-spnego", but I only see
"cas-server-support-windows" as a child.  Bug, or user error?
