[cas-dev] Using PersonDirectory within CAS 3.1

Just a note to the dev teams and people currently looking at the CAS
3.1source code.  I've been talking with Eric Dalquist, one of the
developer's
of JA-SIG's PersonDirectory service, and it seems like a good fit for our
Attribute stuff.  Therefore, though we normally don't do this (since we are
in RC), we will be replacing out AttributeRepository support with the
PersonDirectory interfaces.  PersonDirectory provides many of the
implementations that we would have had to write ourselves!
