[cas-dev] Custom login

We recommend the normal redirect vs. a form embedded on your own home page.
However, there are three other options:

1. Parse the CAS Login Page for a valid "lt" and submit that with your
username/password.
2. Use the inframe on the login page (and modify the redirect back to use
JavaScript)
3. Create your own login endpoint on the CAS page that does not use Spring
Web Flow and just accepts form submissions.
