[cas-dev] CAS being moved to SVN from CVS tomorrow morning

To All CAS Developers,

The CAS3 project will be moving away from CVS to Subversion tomorrow
morning. If you have commits please commit them tonight or wait until I let
you know the work has been completed.  If you don't already have a SVN
account it may take me a few days to set it up for you (I have to contact
you for the password, etc. and set up the group).

Note that this does not affect any of the CAS client developers as those
projects are already using Subversion.
