[cas-dev] Testing SAML1 compliance with CAS

Does anyone have an infrastructure in place to assist us in testing CAS with
regards to SAML 1.1 support?  Basically we want to point a Service Provider
that understands SAML1.1 at a test instance of CAS to test their
interaction.
