We have already developed a resolver for the purpose I mentioned, but it
is not generic enough for use outside VT.  I will look into using the
existing CAS framework in the repository to develop one for inclusion
with 3.1.  I will file a Jira issue for it if I come up with something
worthwhile.  Also, I'd be happy to hear some suggestions for what to
call it.  I had thought CredentialsToLDAPAttributePrincipalResolver
would be a good name, but that's already taken.  Suggestions?
