[cas-dev] CredentialsToAttributePrincipalResolver

You can probably piggy-back on this issue:
http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/CAS-488

We can use the same name, just extend the functionality of that particular
resolver. (and use a default AttributeRepository that has no attributes in
it).

Thoughts?
