[cas-dev] Maven configuration for localPlugin.jar and cas.war‎

Hi 
We are using MAVEN 1.0.2 to do the builds. Can someone please point me to
how to configure the maven.xml and project.xml?

Are we supposed to use the files that come with the distribution (with
appropriate change to nagemail etc :)
