Hi,

For **testing** purposes, you also can copy the ldap jar file to your 
tomcat cas app:

copy
/opt/cas/modules/cas-server-support-ldap-3.1.1.jar
to
/opt/tomcat/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/lib/cas-server-support-ldap-3.1.1.jar

and configure your LDAP from
/opt/tomcat/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/deployerConfigContext.xml
