[cas-dev] Fwd: BugFix for CAS-Server: SPNEGO

After reading the code, it's seems that the merge between the SPNEGO and the
NTLM handler have been made a bit to quick.

I will try to set up a full environement to test this next week. But I'm
wondering to know for the moment the behavior of the client in such a case
...
